About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate or a comparable position with demonstrated understanding of operational and administrative banking functions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

  • Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to achieve performance expectations, uphold standards, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and communication.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service experiences and resolve inquiries and service deficiencies promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain precision in balancing and managing vault, office currency, and coin levels, while ensuring adherence to controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Guide the team to identify sales opportunities and make referrals to other departments or services.
  • Mitigate risks by ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the bank and customers.
  • Lead by example in building relationships with customers and expanding financial solutions.
  • Supervise the Community Banking Associate team to ensure efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer service.
  • Support and coach team members in meeting sales goals, balancing performance, and adhering to bank standards.
  • Oversee operational functions such as cash management, vault supervision, and ATM servicing.
  • Coordinate workflow and collaborate with the Community Banking Manager to achieve office goals.
  • Participate in team staffing and development processes, including onboarding and performance management.
