Requirements

5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
Familiarity with the downtown Frederick market.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship-based selling.
Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems.
Embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Community Banking team through coaching and mentoring to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals.
Drive results by acting as a player-coach, setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring the office meets business objectives.
Engage the community by representing ACNB Bank at local events and organizations to strengthen the bank's presence and cultivate relationships.
Champion service excellence by efficiently resolving customer concerns and ensuring every interaction meets the bank's standard of Service Excellence.
Manage branch operations, including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls, with precision and integrity.
Collaborate with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
