Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate (Teller) with working knowledge of operational and administrative branch banking functions.

- Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities
- Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to achieve performance expectations, uphold standards, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and communication.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service experiences and resolve inquiries and service deficiencies promptly and accurately.
- Maintain precision in balancing and managing vault, office currency, and coin levels, while ensuring adherence to controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide the team to identify sales opportunities and make referrals to other departments or services.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the bank and customers.
- Lead by example in building relationships with customers and expanding financial solutions.
- Supervise the Community Banking Associate team to ensure efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer service.
- Support and coach team members in meeting sales goals, balancing performance, and adhering to bank standards.
- Oversee operational functions such as cash management, vault supervision, and ATM servicing.
- Coordinate workflow and collaborate with the Community Banking Manager to achieve office goals.
- Participate in team staffing and development processes, including onboarding and performance management.
