About The Position

At Arcadian Bank, our mission is to improve the lives of our people, customers, shareholders, and communities. As a locally owned community bank, we believe the right people, aligned with our values and culture, are the most important factor in delivering on that mission. We are opening a new branch in Austin, Minnesota, and are seeking 2–3 founding team members. This role offers variety across teller services, deposit accounts, and lending. Prior banking experience is not required; curiosity, initiative, and a passion for customer service matter most. Expected opening date for the Austin branch is Q1 2027. Training will be conducted at our Albert Lea location so that we are ready to provide an impeccable experience from day one.
