Community Association Manager
About The Position
Goodwin & Company is looking for a Sited Community Association Manager who is responsible for the management of operations that include: overseeing of personnel, collections, resident relations, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, administration, reporting, and legal compliance. Ensures the on-site community operates smoothly and its residents receive consistent, professional service — protecting the association's financial health, maintaining the physical condition of the community, and giving the Board confidence that day-to-day operations are handled without their oversight.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 1+ years of property management experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Possess strong financial and analytical abilities, extremely organized, and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day maintenance coordination, meeting with vendors, bi-weekly compliance inspections, and social activity coordination.
- Elevate every day by creating an amazing experience for our customers as well as team members.
- Provide solutions to customers to help them solve their housing needs.
- Responsible for meeting property ownership financial goals through successful execution of the business plan and adherence to the operating budget.
