About The Position

Article Student Living is hiring a part-time Community Assistant at Arc at Old Colony. The Community Assistant supports the on-site team by attracting qualified potential residents and engaging with current residents. The role represents the property, conducts tours for prospective residents, participates in community events, and supports property leadership in attracting qualified leads. The position reports to the Property Manager. No prior experience is required; current students and residents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents.
• Take part in campus networking and marketing.
• Conduct property tours for potential residents.
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet.
• Make follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects.
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
