Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Alternatively, a minimum of six months� experience with excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette will also be considered.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to develop, design, and implement programs and reports.
  • A positive, outgoing personality, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events.
  • Must have a valid driver�s license and reliable transportation.
  • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver�s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and potential buyers, providing tours, answering questions, and disseminating community information and its offerings.
  • Assist the client�s marketing team in planning and executing marketing events with potential buyers, realtors, and residents, both inside and outside the community.
  • Help organize and facilitate community events with the client, Lifestyle Director, and Farm Director.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, event registration, and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports.
  • Maintain operational tasks such ensuring a well-maintained environment and inventory management for on-site facilities.
  • Follow checklists to open and close the facility properly, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
  • Engage regularly with residents, prospective buyers, and staff, and perform facility tours as needed and directed by the Community Manager.
  • Work closely with the team to facilitate communication goals.
