About The Position

This position manages, coordinates, and participates in the development and maintenance of community relationships and resources for Help Me Grow and Help Me Thrive. The role includes new and ongoing communication and collaboration between programs and community entities, health care personnel, and health care systems in Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or a related field.
• Five years of experience working with community groups, public, private, or governmental agencies, or in a related field.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
