About The Position

The Community Adult Program Clinician provides comprehensive, person-centered therapeutic services to adults with complex behavioral health needs in community-based settings as part of Paragon Behavioral Health Connections’ Community Action Program. The clinician conducts psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, develops and updates treatment plans based on client goals, and delivers evidence-based interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy. Clinicians are encouraged to practice at the top of their licensure and use modalities such as CBT and DBT to help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve well-being. Clinicians collaborate with care managers and a multidisciplinary team, recommending interventions and community supports aligned with treatment goals. They maintain ethical and legal standards, high-quality documentation, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and cultural sensitivity, while pursuing ongoing clinical learning and adapting interventions to clients’ evolving needs.
