About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our senior living community. This role partners closely with the Executive Director to assist with administrative operations, employee orientation, payroll coordination, resident billing support, and office management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn systems such as Yardi, payroll, and HR platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and independently

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of administrative, payroll, HR, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative operations and office coordination
  • Assist with employee orientation scheduling, and paperwork
  • Maintain employee records, training documentation, and compliance files
  • Prepare payroll checklists and support timekeeping processes
  • Assist with resident billing, payment posting, and accounts receivable tracking
  • Coordinate invoices, vendor communication, and administrative accounting support
  • Help maintain organized records, office supplies, and company equipment
