Philanthropy is core to the Dutch Bros identity. The Community Activation Coordinator is a unique hybrid role designed to bridge the gap between corporate giving and local brand activation. Operating on a 40-hour work week, this role splits time between the Giving team (30 hours/week) and the Field Marketing team (10 hours/week). The Giving Program Administrator is responsible for the operational support and data management for Dutch Bros’ philanthropic initiatives. This role ensures all grant nominations and donations are processed and tracked efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall reporting and impact measurement for philanthropy programs. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for bringing giving programs to life in the field, managing critical campaign logistics, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth, hands-on coordination of community events, volunteer activations, and local nonprofit engagement, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Philanthropy.
