About The Position

MacMore is seeking a full-time Communications Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The role is based in Washington, DC. The Communications Task Lead leads communications strategy, audience planning, messaging, channels, and editorial quality; oversees internal and external communications, campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and Government review of products; and advises leadership on timing and delivery while coordinating writers and creative staff and assessing audience feedback and engagement.

Requirements

• Proposed target of 8 or more years of communications experience, including 3 or more years leading teams or workstreams.
• Proposed education target of a relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent.
• Direct messaging skills.
• Editorial quality and judgment.
• Channel planning skills.
• Stakeholder engagement and audience-response assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy, audience planning, messaging, channel planning, and editorial quality.
• Oversee internal and external communications, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage Government review workflows for communications products.
• Advise leadership on communications timing and delivery.
• Coordinate writers and creative staff.
• Assess audience feedback and engagement.
