Liberty Common School is seeking a Communications Associate beginning Mon 6 JUL 2026 . Liberty Common School is a public, tuition-free school chartered by the Poudre School District in Fort Collins, Colorado, utilizing the Core Knowledge© curriculum and timeless principles of classically oriented education. Liberty Common School currently enrolls over 1,600 students grades k-12. Liberty Common School follows the Core Knowledge© curriculum in grades k–8. This curriculum encompasses language arts, mathematics, science, history, geography, fine arts, and physical education. The curriculum is characterized by honors-level instruction, cumulative knowledge, content-specific lessons, and coherent sequencing. This is done through parental choice, partnership with teachers, and student acceptance of responsibility for her/his academic effort. Position Summary This role is responsible for planning and executing school-communications activities as part of the Advancement Team. The position supports the school’s public-facing communications in charter-school awareness, school-choice advocacy, including collaboration with community organizations and strategic partners. This role works closely with the Director of Advancement, Communications Specialist, Headmaster, and other school leaders to ensure outreach communications are clear, consistent, and mission-aligned.
