About The Position

This person will partner with IT leaders and subject matter experts to build and deliver internal communications. The stakeholders will build the first draft of the material and this person will proofread, edit and dispatch the communications.

Requirements

• Marketing communications
• Writing skills
• Corporate communication
• Technical writing
• Ability to interface with leaders and guide them through communications

Responsibilities

• Produce Teams Live Events
• Developer Sharepoint Sites / Pages and update Content
• Design PowerPoints
• Video Production
• Visual design in Canva
• Proofread tactical IT emails
• Send emails using Poppulo
• Develop surveys using Alchemer
• Update content on our SharePoint sites
• Maintain editorial calendar
• Update and maintain project spreadsheet with timelines
• Develop ad hoc reports as request
• Develop content for internal communications
