About The Position
Dwellinc is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to be the first impression for clients seeking assistance from their agents. This role is responsible for all initial client communication across multiple social media platforms and office lines, connecting clients with the best possible resources for finding a new home.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Can juggle high volume of conversations at once
- High attention to detail
- Loves talking to people
- Lightning fast on the keys with next to no typing errors
- Independent problem solver
- Hip to Instagram + TikTok trends
Responsibilities
- Field direct inquiries from clients via webform submissions, phone, text, & email
- Respond to potential clients on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Connect clients with our sales team
- Represent the Dwellinc brand
