About The Position

Join our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365. This is a professional, high-accountability environment — not a sit-and-scroll post. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Previous dispatch experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state licensing, if applicable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Valid NC Driver's License - Clean Driving Record - Past 3 years

Nice To Haves

  • Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred
  • Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS
  • Security Operations Center Experience is Required
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.
