Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred.
- Valid state licensing, if applicable.
- Previous security experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle/foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
- Manage access control at the gatehouse, including greeting and identifying residents/guests, logging vehicles, and announcing visitors.
- Provide customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, and visitor announcements at the front desk.
- Monitor and conduct surveillance.
