About The Position

The Communications Representative will be responsible for developing and distributing enterprise communications, including company-wide emails, leadership messages, and operational updates. This role involves translating complex or technical information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate narratives, ensuring all communications align with the company's voice, tone, and brand standards. The representative will drive the execution of enterprise communications initiatives and campaigns, delivering timely and effective communications across multiple channels. Additionally, the role requires managing communications intake, prioritization, and workflow, overseeing editorial calendars, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. The position also involves enforcing communications processes, standards, and approval workflows, reviewing communications for accuracy and risk mitigation, and tracking communications volume, timing, and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Process improvement, documentation of processes and templates, and support for special projects are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site organizations, or regulated industries, preferred.
  • Experience supporting internal or enterprise communications in complex organizations, preferred.
  • Familiarity with communications governance, approval workflows, or process management, preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive or leadership communications, preferred.
