About The Position

As Communications Project Manager, you're the driver behind programs that move people to action. You'll partner with senior clients to shape strategy, then lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life across live events, digital content, video, presentations, and internal/external campaigns. This isn't just project management. It's strategic thinking + hands-on making. One day you're facilitating a C-suite workshop to define a change narrative. The next you're overseeing production for a national sales meeting or launching an employee engagement campaign.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years running multi-channel communications programs in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to influence behavior through audience-first strategy and storytelling
  • Strong facilitation, writing, and editing skills — you make the complex simple and compelling
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional creative teams
  • Comfortable with live events, video, digital, and presentation development
  • Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and commercially savvy
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex business challenges into clear audience strategies, key messages, and narratives
  • Map stakeholders, define behaviors we need to shift, and build content plans that deliver
  • Develop brand stories, EVP, change communications, and L&D/training content
  • Lead end-to-end delivery: brief > strategy > creative > production > measurement
  • Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk across multiple fast-moving projects
  • Direct internal creatives, freelancers, and vendors to deliver on-brand, on-time work
  • Shape and deliver high-stakes events: leadership meetings, exhibitions, virtual/hybrid experiences
  • Oversee content for presentations, video, digital, print, and interactive channels
  • Use insights and data to measure impact and optimize future campaigns
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategy and spotting growth opportunities
  • Run workshops, interviews, and working sessions that unlock insight and alignment
  • Balance commercial goals with exceptional creative output
