About The Position

Under the direction of the manager, operate and train other PBX operators on the Hospital telephone switchboard to ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner. This role will maintain a centralized source for information enabling operators to cover outages, emergencies, and disasters which effect disruption of telephone service to the Hospital.
