About The Position

Sunshine Terrace Foundation is seeking a talented and highly organized Communications & Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story, strengthen employee communication, and increase awareness of the healthcare services we provide throughout our community. This is a unique position for someone who enjoys both creative communications and detail-oriented business work. Approximately two-thirds of the position will focus on communications and marketing, with the remaining time providing administrative and financial support.

• Comfortable moving from writing a compelling story or social media post to accurately working with financial and business information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or education in communications, marketing, public relations, business, journalism, or a related field
• Healthcare or nonprofit experience

Responsibilities

• Develop newsletters, organizational updates, success stories, and other internal and external communications.
• Assist with CEO and leadership communications and strategic messaging.
• Create engaging social media content that tells the story of Sunshine Terrace Foundation and our continuum of healthcare services.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content calendars, community engagement, and digital communications.
• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging throughout the Foundation.
• Track communication and marketing performance to help us understand what is working.
• Provide business and administrative support, including coding, entering, and maintaining financial information in organizational systems.
