Support VRL Communications and Marketing with project coordination, managing timelines, and supporting content execution from concept to completion across all platforms. The primary responsibilities of the Communications Assistant include, but are not limited to the following: Primary project assistant between VRL staff and Church Media Squad for sermon series graphics, print materials, and ministry communications. Manage communication timelines, creative requests, approvals, and deadlines ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion. Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media across church platforms. Coordinate print and promotional materials for ministries, events, and weekend experiences. Help maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and in-house communications. Support the Communications & Marketing Lead with organization, follow-up, and execution of ongoing projects. Other duties as assigned.
