About The Position

We are seeking a Communications Lead to partner with key stakeholders to plan and develop communications supporting HRIS initiatives, including Workforce Management and Payroll. The role is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, product owners, and corporate communications teams to develop and deliver communications for multiple HRIS initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and recommend an appropriate communications approach.
  • Present communication plans to project teams and clearly explain the purpose and timing of each communication.
  • Develop a range of communication materials including targeted messaging, video scripts, internal web content, in-platform banner messages, and company-wide announcements.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS communications tracker using Smartsheet.
  • Create and manage communication timelines from initial drafting through final distribution.
  • Coordinate reviews with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into updated versions.
  • Ensure review deadlines are met and follow up as needed to keep communications on track.
  • Provide additional change management support as needed, including developing quick reference guides, FAQs, user documentation updates, change impact assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
