The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a paid experiential learning program run by Stand Together Fellowships, providing professional development, leadership training, and meaningful work experience at nonprofits addressing policy challenges. Early-career professionals, including undergraduate, graduate, and law students and recent graduates, are encouraged to apply. Participants must be located in and authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program and will interview with the nonprofit partner and Stand Together Fellowships staff. Empire Center for Public Policy, a free-market think tank focused on New York, seeks a Communications Intern to work closely with the president and policy experts. The intern will work on a small team and learn directly from senior leadership. The role may be part-time or full-time and can be performed in person at the Albany, New York office or remotely. The position pays a stipend of $7,500 for full-time participants working approximately 32 hours per week at the partner organization, or $5,500 for part-time participants working approximately 24 hours per week. Attendance at all online and on-site KIP programming is required for both participation options.
