Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or event coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, project management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience planning and executing professional events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Polished professional communication skills that connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong tech aptitude and a continuous-learning mindset to quickly adopt and implement new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, ADP, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and share internal announcements, executive communications, and ownership-focused news stories.
  • Develop press releases and community-facing communications to enhance SRC’s public presence.
  • Maintain SRC’s brand awareness in the community, including digital advertising and brand asset management.
  • Manage Holdings’ social media platforms and support website updates.
  • Coordinate with regional schools and SRC companies to provide tours and educational opportunities.
  • Create recruiting and benefits promotional and educational materials to strengthen SRC’s employer brand, re-recruit associates, and develop our talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and execute major events, including the Annual Shareholder Meeting and Semi-Annual Sales & Marketing Meetings.
  • Support ownership culture committees and engagement initiatives.
