About The Position

As an electrical engineer supporting Proliferated Low Earth Orbit (PLEO) communications systems, you will help manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process and transform Mission Systems requirements into improved system performance. You will support a client working with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms. Working with existing engineering teams, you will help address current challenges, develop and integrate upgrades, and augment designs and algorithms to improve system performance and warfighter capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with radar systems.
• Knowledge of systems integration challenges.
• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern Navy PLEO communications systems.
• Experience with the SETR process.
• Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
• Ability to analyze PLEO communications designs and provide technical input to improve performance and ease of integration.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
