BB4CK is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Marketing & Communications, this role helps bring our mission to life through compelling content, digital engagement, and meaningful storytelling. From social media and digital campaigns to email marketing and community storytelling, you'll help connect our community to the impact of BB4CK, inspire support, and strengthen awareness of the important role we play in the lives of children and families. Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids (BB4CK) is a community-funded non-profit organization that has been working for 35 years to make sure kids across Calgary have access to the food they need. Together with the BB4CK community — donors, volunteers, school staff, and partners — we care for kids and families year-round. We work across the food insecurity spectrum by preparing and delivering lunches to children in schools and summer camps, offering families a dignified choice through grocery cards, and advocating for systemic change in Calgary's emergency food sector. Our Vision: A future where communities ensure no kids go hungry. Our Mission: Connect and inspire people to take meaningful action to feed and care for kids. The Communications Coordinator, reporting to the Team Lead, Marketing & Communications, creates compelling, on-brand content that communicates BB4CK's mission and vision and inspires community support. This role is responsible for social media management, content creation, campaign development, email marketing, and digital engagement. Through strategic communications, design, and storytelling, the Communications Coordinator strengthens relationships, builds trust, and increases awareness of BB4CK's impact.
