This full-time exempt position is responsible for managing the entire calendar of Trust Academy Quality Supports (SEW-REDI) events, trainings, peer learning sessions, cadre workgroup sessions, and affinity group meetings. The role involves scheduling, recruiting, collecting and analyzing feedback, and coordinating with Trust grantees and staff to ensure timely and appropriate attendance at trainings. Additionally, the manager will oversee and coordinate all Trust grant-related community engagement, outreach, and feedback/strategizing events. This includes implementing the agency’s engagement strategy to increase awareness of the YWCA South Florida brand, its role as Lead Agency for the Children’s Trust of Miami’s Trust Academy, and its services, programs, and initiatives. The position also involves managing social media, email appeals, online donations, newsletters, press releases, print collateral, annual reports, website updates, and media packages to support grant-related goals. A key responsibility is maintaining databases for training attendance, participant information, and community resources. The role also supports the Director of Racial & Gender Equity Advancement with administrative tasks, grant writing efforts, and developing a volunteer support program. The manager will plan, coordinate, and implement signature and special events, collaborating with various stakeholders to increase event attendance, secure sponsorships, and manage event logistics. This includes publicizing events and coordinating content for various communication platforms.
