About The Position

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our growing team supporting nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in communications, marketing, customer service, community outreach, event coordination, or a client-facing role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Passion for nonprofit organizations, community engagement, and social impact initiatives

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing communication and community outreach strategies for nonprofit partners
• Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns, charitable programs, and community engagement initiatives
• Serve as a professional representative for nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, community partners, donors, and stakeholders
• Contribute creative ideas to increase campaign visibility, audience engagement, and community participation
• Assist with the organization and execution of on-site and off-site fundraising events, volunteer programs, and outreach activities
• Help monitor industry trends, community engagement strategies, and nonprofit marketing initiatives to support campaign growth
• Track event participation, outreach efforts, and campaign performance metrics
