Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
0–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, customer service, retail, events, hospitality, or related industries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Support promotional events, community outreach programs, and marketing campaigns.
Represent client brands professionally at events and public-facing activities.
Support event communications, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and event attendees.
Help create and distribute promotional materials, event messaging, and marketing communications.
Monitor event performance and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all event activities.
