Requirements

  • Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative support, communications, office operations, or a related field.
  • Must be able to safely lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory.
  • Ability to operate large-scale copy systems.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Experience with digital printing systems.
  • Experience with USPS mail processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily communication processes, including printing, packaging, and direct mailing of admission materials.
  • Working closely with the university’s postal operations.
  • Maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting in the creation of variable data PDFs for the print process.
  • Assisting with maintaining records on the student information system.
  • Operation and routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Contacting vendors for repairs and service.
  • Developing documents for communications tasks, both machine and print/mail related.
  • Local distribution and gathering of communications materials.
