ICF is seeking a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support a marketing and communications campaign through the development, execution, management, and evaluation of communications, outreach, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The successful candidate will help advance campaign goals by developing clear messaging, supporting stakeholder outreach, coordinating engagement activities, creating communications materials, and helping ensure information reaches target audiences and priority populations. This role requires a communications professional with strong writing, editing, stakeholder engagement, outreach coordination, message development, and campaign support experience. The Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will support campaign strategy, messaging, content planning, partner and stakeholder engagement, outreach activities, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate understands audience-centered communications, stakeholder relationship management, outreach best practices, and how to use data and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
