The Communications and Outreach Manager is responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive communications, marketing, public relations, and community engagement strategy that strengthens RCCHC’s presence across its service area. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all platforms while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the community. The Communications Manager serves as a key ambassador for RCCHC, actively engaging with patients, partners, and community stakeholders to promote services, improve access to care, and elevate RCCHC’s reputation. The position oversees digital communications, media relations, branding, and internal messaging, while also leading community outreach efforts that connect RCCHC programs directly to the populations it serves.
