Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Writing or Marketing or related field.
2- 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, digital media or a related field.
Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving trends, tools, digital platforms and guidelines.
Ability to connect communications activities to broader business goals and growth strategies.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate them into engaging written and visual content.
Background in video production, presentation design, journalism, public relations, or corporate communications with a blend of writing, digital and visual skills.
Skilled at working across teams, breaking down silos, and uncovering meaningful stories.
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and support content across formats: press releases, articles, social media posts, website content, video scripts & presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Transform complex ideas and narratives into compelling visual presentations and multimedia assets.
Improve our workflows by maintaining file systems, manage distribution lists and subscriptions, and support weekly/monthly reporting processes.
Partner with cross functional teams to uncover compelling stories and improve visibility for communications initiatives.
Work with the communications team to track and report results across public relations, content performance, executive visibility, and social media to help shape future strategies.
