About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools)
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print channels, including email campaigns, social media, website copy, press releases, and marketing collateral
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand standards
Manage and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns from concept through delivery
Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication platforms
Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future communications strategies
Assist in event promotion, product launches, and corporate announcements
