About The Position
Archer Western de Moya JV, a member of The Walsh Group, is hiring a Common Laborer for the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, Florida. The role involves physical labor on construction jobsites, including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects. The laborer may operate hand and power tools, prepare the site, and perform other assigned duties. Requirements
- One year of verifiable experience is preferred.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding or ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; work in adverse weather conditions may be required.
- Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Good manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor and other tasks as instructed by a supervisor.
- Work with crew members and operate hand and power tools, including drills and hammers, as directed by management.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
- Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite, manually and using equipment.
