Requirements

• One year of verifiable experience is preferred.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and potentially work in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks as instructed by a supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate hand and power tools, including drills and hammers, as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing and disposing of debris and waste, and digging trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite manually and using equipment.
