About The Position

As a Common Area Attendant, you will maintain a clean and welcoming resort environment so guests can relax indoors and enjoy outdoor amenities. The role involves routine housekeeping throughout the resort, maintaining interior spaces, replenishing restroom and locker-room supplies, removing trash and debris, protecting guest and hotel property, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping throughout the resort to ensure consistent cleanliness.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures; wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; replenish paper products in restrooms and locker rooms.
• Pick up debris, empty containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Take precautions to protect hotel and guest property; report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates by responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
