About The Position

The Common Area Attendant maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of public and other non-room areas at MountainLoft, a Hilton Vacation Club in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The role supports a welcoming guest environment and follows HGV quality and efficiency standards. The attendant also maintains pool towel inventory, keeps workstations organized, provides professional guest service, and completes additional duties as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk and stand for a full 8-hour shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public areas, including stairwells, railings, walkways, elevators, hallways, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces, according to HGV quality and efficiency standards.
• Keep the lobby and glass surfaces spotless.
• Collect, restock, and monitor pool towel inventory; promptly remove used towels.
• Maintain shower houses and locker rooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, and other non-room areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Hilton Grand Vacation property and deliver excellent service with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the leadership team.
