About The Position

The Common Area Attendant maintains a clean and welcoming environment at Wyndham Legacy Golf Resort, performing housekeeping and exterior-maintenance work indoors and outdoors. This position works 100% outside from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $17.00, and a valid driver’s license is required. The role includes pressure washing, window cleaning, and general custodial and janitorial duties.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping inside and outside the resort to maintain consistent cleanliness.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, and the pool area.
• Clean windows, blow leaves, and clean BBQ grills and pool furniture.
• Pick up debris, empty containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Take precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Respond appropriately and promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates.
