About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Common Area Attendant at Shenandoah Crossing in Gordonsville, Virginia. The role focuses on maintaining clean public spaces and the lobby, presenting a positive image through appearance and conduct, and assisting with maintenance and painting. The attendant may also take on other duties in response to unexpected circumstances or special requests. The hourly pay range starts at $16.20, based on experience.

Requirements

• Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours.
• Have strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to push and pull carts and equipment.
• Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas.
• Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby.
• Display a positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
