About The Position

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs, markets and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products for select industries. We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Commissions Specialist to join our team in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office! Complete processing and review to ensure commission payments for internal and external producers are prepared accurately and generated in accordance with established policies and procedures. Advise, verify and approve work items of team members as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members
• Maintain standard operating procedures
• Manage collection activity
• Manage service escalations
• Advise on complex commission rate and payment inquiries and adjustments
• Conduct assessments
• Control and process commission payments to internal and external producers
• Evaluate system process changes
