The role encompasses curriculum and materials development; classroom, virtual, field-based, and client-facing instruction; onboarding and competency qualification; training records and compliance tracking; procedure and safety integration; and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The employee may support after-hours project or emergency response activities as assigned and must be able to work safely in office, classroom, laboratory, industrial, and active construction-site environments. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, with equivalent technical, military, trade, or industry experience considered. The experience requirement is either three years in a related field or six years in a related field. Preferred additional experience includes training in mission-critical or regulated environments, commissioning systems, training-record platforms, audits, readiness reviews, corrective actions, and relevant safety or instructor certifications.
