About The Position

TLC Engineering Solutions is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is responsible for projects of all sizes and types, from design review through functional testing. The Project Manager leads all facets of each project, including client interactions, technical delivery, and management of the project team and schedule, to achieve successful outcomes. The position offers a defined career path and training at all levels.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP design, and construction administration.
• Commissioning certification required (ACG CxA or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans.
• Experience working with a team of professionals.
• Ability and willingness to travel more than 50%.
• Computer hardware, software, and network expertise, as appropriate.
• Demonstrated success in marketing and client relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) qualification preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects from design review through functional testing.
