About The Position

TLC Engineering Solutions is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is responsible for projects of all sizes and types, from design review through functional testing. The Project Manager leads all aspects of project delivery, including client interaction, technical execution, and management of the project team and schedule, to achieve successful outcomes. TLC offers a defined career path and training at all levels.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP design, and construction administration.
• Commissioning certification required, such as ACG CxA or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to travel more than 50%.
• Computer hardware, software, and network expertise, as appropriate.
• Demonstrated success in marketing and client relationships.
• Experience working with a team of professionals.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer credential preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects of all sizes and types from design review through functional testing.
• Interface with clients and provide technical excellence.
• Manage the project team and schedule to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Develop and execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans.
