Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity
  • Lead and mentor team members on quality standards while resolving escalated issues independently
  • Implement continuous improvement projects that strengthen process robustness and minimize quality risks
  • Partner with procurement and suppliers to address manufacturing challenges and drive corrective actions
