About The Position

Structure Resources is seeking experienced Commissioning Electricians to join a major commercial/industrial project in multiple locations in Pittsboro, IN. The ideal candidate will be a safety-focused electrical professional with proven commissioning and electrical testing experience in large-scale commercial or industrial facilities.

Requirements

• Verifiable experience performing electrical commissioning in large commercial or industrial facilities
• Strong understanding of electrical testing, equipment inspection, and commissioning procedures
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, documentation, and test procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and project leadership
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Must be willing and able to remain on the project through completion
• Safety-minded professional with a strong commitment to jobsite safety

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the client, contractor, and owner representatives
• Validate electrical construction and equipment installation
• Perform general inspection and verification of electrical equipment
• Measure insulation resistance of electrical/protection equipment
• Inspect and verify protective relays
• Perform testing of current transformers (CTs)
• Verify operation of protective tripping and alarm circuits
• Document testing results and identify deficiencies requiring correction
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving commissioning issues
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements
