About The Position

The Tile Shop is committed to inspiring and realizing home decor ideas and creating beauty both indoors and out. With a network that comprises more than 140 stores, we offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff and amazing customer service. This role involves proactively greeting customers, developing lasting customer relationships, selling tile and related products, and understanding product installation and use to educate customers. The position also requires tracking individual sales goals and store orders, providing product updates, and maintaining a professional appearance. The role requires working evenings and weekends, with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally

• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Work evenings and weekends
