Requirements

  • Good physical condition - Heavy loads to handle (Over 700 cases per shift)
  • Be available to work the night shift or the day shift.
  • 16 years and +
  • Warehouse work experience, an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer orders by placing cases and kegs of beer on pallets and packaging them.
  • Load - Unload delivery trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining transshipment areas.
  • Prepare customer orders using the VoicePick system by placing cases and kegs of beer on pallets and packaging them.
  • Re-packaging orders.
  • Perform physical activities and manual labor as needed, including but not limited to: standing for long periods, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending.
  • Lift objects up to 80 lbs.
  • Climb a ladder/stairs.
  • Work on a slippery floor.
  • Lift an object higher than the shoulders.
  • Use motorized equipment.
  • Exposure to vibrations.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE: including safety shoes, glasses, cap, hearing protection (jewelry must be removed).
  • Ability to work in a team (day, afternoon, and middle of the night shifts).
