About The Position

Renewi, a leader in waste management and recycling, is seeking a driven Commercial Inside Sales Employee to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to utilize commercial skills and contribute to a more sustainable world. The Commercial Inside Sales Employee is a key link within the commercial organization, supporting customers, collaborating closely with Account Managers, and actively contributing to achieving commercial objectives. Based at the Nieuwegein location, the employee will be part of an enthusiastic team focused on sustainable waste and raw material solutions for clients.

Requirements

• MBO 4 work and thinking level.
• Completed commercial education.
• Experience in a commercial or customer-oriented role.
• Affinity with sales, customer contact, and relationship management.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to switch quickly between different tasks.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A positive, customer-oriented, and collegial attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Command of the English language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business with existing customers and new prospects.
• Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities to achieve revenue growth.
• Advising customers on services and sustainable solutions.
• Preparing, developing, and following up on quotations.
• Supporting Account Managers in commercial processes.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers and ensuring optimal customer experience.
• Handling inquiries, reports, and complaints.
• Actively responding to contract cancellations and executing retention activities to retain customers.
• Recording and managing customer information in CRM systems.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.

Benefits

• Gross salary between € 3,171.82 and € 4,173.91 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience (CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer - scale F).
